Song I Woke Up With In My Head.
Truly, one of the best pop albums in the last thirty years. The sum of their influences are evident, but they make their sound their own.
Rhythms, textures, lyrics are all working here. And how they fit TWO 7+ minute songs on here is beyond me.

Yes, I actually do wake up with a song in my head most mornings. That's why I named these postings "Overflow."
As much as I like Brit-pop and other genres, I don't think I'm an expert in any of them, so I'm not sure I can help with the "deep" brit-pop comp. I just know what I like! ;- )
